Centralising Customer Support

Hey Orca Community,

Recently, we’ve seen some activity on the Orca Forum, so we’d like to clarify how it is currently being used.
At the moment, the forum is largely inactive and is mainly being used for beta testing and a few similar purposes. Because of this, the Orca Team will only reply to selected topics here.

To help us streamline communication and ensure nothing gets lost, our primary channel for support, bug reports, and feedback is the built-in Guides and Support > Chat With Us feature in the app.

You’re still welcome to read and participate in discussions here where relevant, but please do not expect customer support through forum threads.
The Orca Team will only respond to selected topics, mainly where specific input is needed. As part of this change, we’ll be disabling the ability to use General chat and other public posting options.

For support, troubleshooting, bug reports, or feedback, please use the built-in chat.

We’re making a major investment in Customer Support. Our first mission remains the same: making in-app and web chat solid and reliable, and we now have a dedicated team 100% focused on chat support until it is operating at the level we expect.
