Almost every time I select the in-app messaging system, it asks me why I am there (info request, problem, etc) and then it hangs. Sometimes when I go out, I can open the hung item as the last message, sometimes not. When I open that, sometimes it works and sometimes it hangs again. Is this just a problem for me? or is it more widespread?
@Alastair_Lord Given that some users are creating a lot of tickets with repeating issues, we tried to limit the number of tickets per user, so this could cause the issue.
