Pictures in the Infoboxes are not clear and do not react

When I open the Infobox of an Harbor the Picture is not clear on the Tablet but on the Mobilephone, both from Samsung. And it does not react when I click on it. Should it?

I can reinstall the app on the Tablet but then I will loose all the downloaded maps what is very timeconsuming and costs a lot of data /money (Germany).
